We are proud to offer Direct Trade coffee at The Coffee Cup. Our mission is to create a transparent link between coffee and consumer. Our promise: you won't see average coffees offered at The Coffee Cup. All of our offerings meet or exceed both the SCAA and our roaster's own strenuous selection criteria. In order to be a Coffee Cup offering, the coffee must meet one of the following criteria: a micro-lot featuring the ultimate in traceability and thus quality, an award-winning auction lot, or an exemplary coffee that scores 80 points or above in a double blind cupping on our roaster's cupping forms.
